Why don't you just attend your regular HS, perhaps on a short schedule, and take classes at Hartt School of Music/U of Hartford? Two of my music degrees are from there - they have a WONDERFUL dance department, with all-new facilities. Depending where you live in the state, there is also Yale, UCONN, Danbury, and several other colleges that might be able to accommodate you - and even allow you to enter as an Early Admission, taking your senior yr, of HS there. Something to consider beyond what you asked.
